    I love this, Glenys! I agree that the secret is moderation. I find that when I make a conscious effort to eat less sugar, this is when I crave it most. I’ve learned that it is better to have a small piece of cake then to restrict myself and end up giving into my craving and eating more than I would have in the first place. Great article!

      Thanks! I agree; it is just easier to eat the cake than not eat the cake, then think about it for hours, then sneak back into the break room and eat every last ounce of cake and licking the plate of icing. I may be speaking from past experience here 🙂
