    This is one of the options I’m considering.
    Not dieting, not trying to lose weight… but being healthy (eating healthy, moving to keep my body healthy) and let my body reach whatever size and shape it wants.

      The Health At Every Size community is here to support you in that! From my own personal experience, it has freed up so much mental time to pursue interests *other* than food, and I feel like a whole person again. Good luck in whichever path you choose!
